"Where were the bats. I merely wanted to see what all the fuss is about. Can't even find the secret entrance or hatch. Deserve 1 star at least for how well they have hidden the black market in the clothing store."
"The dress I bought came backwards! The sash that is supposed to be over the left shoulder is instead down the back. Called and was told I would receive a call in 3 days at a specific time. No call. Called back and after another 30 minutes on hold was told by the associate she saw the same thing I did on the website and couldn't explain why the dress was manufactured incorrectly or why I had not received a call back. After over 2 hours on the phone and no help I returned the dress. THEN I wrote a review and got an email that they had reviewed it and could not post! VERY disappointed! DO NOT buy anything from this company. All made in China junk and they do not take ownership of their merchandise."
"The sales women here are absolutely judgmental and racist towards brown people. Didn’t greet hi and can totally see them being biased. White people are god for them. Stay away from this store."
"Very disappointed to find out that although WHBM extended their size ranges to include plus sizes, they do not in fact carry plus sizes in any of the stores. They are only available online. They want the $, but they don't seems to want us in their stores."
"By the time we reached the White House Black Market at the Gilroy Premium Outlet, I was out of stupid questions: obviously, this is just another store designed by women to befuddle men. Oh well, at least np one has asked me to wear this stuff. Women go shopping with other women and then you wont hear men’s stupid questions."
