Located at 7110 Garfield Avenue, our library has been serving residents with a rich history of growth and expansion, reflecting the dynamic nature of our city. Originally opened on Live Oak Street, the library has moved over the years to accommodate the growing needs of our patrons, finally settling into our current location in 1970. A major refurbishment in 2007 has ensured that our facilities remain modern and welcoming to all visitors. Bell Gardens Library is a proud member of the LA County Library system, offering a wide range of services and programs designed to inspire creativity and learning.
