"Helpful and knowledge staff. They were patient with our questions. It was pretty empty when we went so maybe that’s why. I see other reviews questioning customer service but they were great when my wife and I went. I wouldn’t really buy anything in store though. Online is the way to go. Especially since staff mainly uses the west elm website to find or get information."
