"Purchased Ava Regency Bed from them for our 3,5 yo daughter. After a few months of use by 3,5yo weighting only 35lbs headboard started to crack. Submitted claim to their customer service several weeks ago- still no response. You would think that $1300 bed will last your child for several years, not just a few months! Quality as well as customer service went way downhill with this company! Very disappointing. Will not be buying kids furnishings from them anymore."
