"This store is not as big as other Williams-Sonoma stores, but they carry most of the items you're familiar with. The mall it's in can get busy with people and lots of cars so have patience when going there."

"Return Policy at Williams Sonoma is difficult. Better have your original receipt in hand or good luck with an exchange or return, even for a branded product with obvious defects. For this reason, we have stopped shopping at all the Williams-Sonoma stores and affiliates. Too bad, since they have nice selection of well curated kitchen and cooking items. But are now off my list."

"i used to be a big fan of williams sonoma, but after today no more. went there and was appalled by the service. after being unable to get help on the sales floor for 15 minutes, i grab what i need and head to the checkout where i was unable to get service for another 5 minutes. i was looking to get a pasta maker. the only one i saw was an empty box on the sales floor so i asked the associate who was at checkout if i could buy it and they said yes so they scanned it and bagged it with a cutting board i had purchased. i got to my car and realized that there was nothing in the pasta maker box! i went back and let them know of the mix up and they said i had to just get a refund because there was no more in stock. just glad i checked before i got home. do better williams sonoma!"

"One star for the beautiful store. The customer is awful! Today I went to try to exchange a gift. My mom purchased tea cups for us and I wanted to exchange them for coffee cups. I had the receipt. The items were still in the original box. They still selling the same items in store. They would not exchange them because it was over 30 days. On top of that Shelby the manager was rude and unprofessional. I agree with the previous reviewer. Nordstrom prices, Walmart customer service."

"This stores very clean but it's very small for this brand. They have a nice commercial knife selection as well as a great selection of coffee makers and dining wear. The staff seemed nice but only helpful to a select few. This location is good for browsing but I'll go to larger locations when I'm looking to buy (unless they better utilize the space with a better selection)."
