"I would like to tell you the this is some type of made up story but I assure you it's not I was at Target in Anaheim Lincoln and Euclid store my ex and I went in and bought her in the telephone Upon returning home opening the package we discovered that the phone inside had been tampered with so she asked if I wanted her to go with me to exchange it I said no what's wrong it's just a telephone we just bought it we have the receipt you have the credit card that was purchased on I have to take it back but upon my arrival and speaking to the person at returns he he notified security that someone was was between a cell phone in which they had just purchased security came over took a look at the packaging and at the phone and accused me of switching telephones had me take my phone out of my phone case so she could examine it to make sure it wasn't the store phone that we had just purchased it was not so she denied refund and directed us to go somewhere else did the store was not responsible for something that I switched in other words she called me a liar and a thief I believe something to the security guard should be taking notice how dare she I really wish the news team would have showed up while I was there or someone to take down the story because it's true Target in Anaheim has shown racial discrimination that can stay black man in his sixties late 60s and there's never stolen the thing from any Target in his life once a former Target employee I just don't believe that happened to me I've lived in Anaheim my whole life just about since I was 12 I've never been accused of stealing from anywhere place of business work or whatever I don't have that reputation and I'm too old to change my ways I will not stand for this do I not only deserve a public apology but the phone should be returned and replaced immediately if you want my contact number notify me via this post and I will get back to you."

"It’s small and some products are locked up. The store usually runs out of things quick. Not enough staff and usually has long lines to check out."

"Typical target, however, everything was locked up, which isn’t their fault, people are stealing and they’re not trying to close another store. Giving it 5 stars because they deserve the chance and the lady in electronics was super helpful and quick."

"MANAGER HERIBERTOI.. I Had some pants to return. Got it as a gift and no receipt. The following year I returned something that was 100.00 . So I have to wait a entire year before I could return something without receipt. I have tried to return them for sometime..Getting frustrated I asked to speak to a manager. HERIBERTO came out to customer service desk in timely manner like other managers taking there time. I explained the situation and he resolved it, with no hesitation,He knows how to demonstrate exptional customer service. Thank you for the excellent service."

"Good customer service is non existent at this Target. I shop here from time to time because the traveling distance is convenient. I visited today, 8/9/23...and there weren't any assisted check out counters available and the self check out lines were very long. If they happen to have one counter open with a human cashier, the light is usually off as to deter any customers from approaching. I asked the employee working the return register and he advised I could get in line and he would help me at the return/exchange line even though I was only purchasing items. He was rude and lacked customer service skills when I questioned why they did not have any counters open. This store needs new management and employees need customer service training. You're better off traveling further to avoid disappointment."
