"This place is top notch. I have been horribly late ( in excess of 30 minutes) to two appointments due to bad luck in general, and they were kind enough to fit me in-- that shows sincere compassion and dedication to patient care. Dr Alfonso Padilla and the RT Jose Salo never once made me feel rushed or that I was an inconvenience. They were great teachers and explained everything in terms I could understand, with my new diagnosis. Today I worked with a respiratory therapist Jose Salo who was absolutely stellar in terms of teaching me the ins and outs of my equipment, troubleshooting my mask, and showing me what my data means. He was able to address all of my questions, was patient and kind, and had a lot of tips to optimize mask comfort and best practices for maintenance of the parts. I felt compelled to write a review due to the support I received from Jose and this clinic in general. Thank you to this clinic and UCLA in general, every experience has been pretty exceptional."
