Beware, if you book a confirmed appointment, they change their hours without notifying their patients. You may show up for your appt and they will be unexpectedly closed without notifying you. Never booking an appt here ever again."

"I had an appointment at 3:20 pm and got there at 3:10. Another man arrived and had an appointment at 3:10. The door was locked and no note on the door about being closed. I knocked and knocked and no answer. (There were several Fed Ex missed delivery notices.) I called the number and it said, "This location is temporarily closed." Unreal! You can't email or call to cancel the appointment? You can't leave a note on the door that you are closed? This poor man who also had an appointment had no car and his case manager made the appointment for him. Can you imagine how hard it was for him to get there?"

"I had the most pleasant experience possible. I arrived late, but the lady at the register help me sign in pretty quickly, so I won’t lose my spot. I usually have a really hard time with drawing blood, but my nurse Tatiana, was fantastic. She quickly found my vein, and draw a considerable amount of blood, without facing any challenges like I normally do. I couldn’t of been more grateful. Thank you."

"Please do yourself a favor AND DON’T GO TO THIS LOCATION. They have no respect for others. The ladies that work there are rude and sarcastic. The staff is very unprofessional, if you put a robot to work there will be better than them, because at least we know what to expect. I went there with an appointment, with a confirmation call and the clinic was closed with people inside laughing we were 3 patients waiting outside. I understand sometimes things can happen, but no notice? Why you didn’t went outside and explained what happened? Instead the staff stayed inside laughing of the patients. They do whatever they want in that location, Quest should be embarrassed for hiring this people. What of waist of time."
