"The service Catering Connection provided was completely worth it! They were able to work with us to get the cost within our budget without losing the things we really cared about. They were even able to make us a little cheesecake for cutting when we didn't want a traditional wedding cake. Casey especially was amazing to work with! We had some custom requests on some things that I didn't think they would be able to accommodate, but she said it was no problem and made it all happen. She checked in at just the right frequency to be helpful without being overwhelming. Beyond the amazing service, we had several guests comment on how much they liked the food. "Catering Connection was absolutely amazing. Working with Casey was great, she was clear and prompt with communication, flexible to changing needs, and great at helping us ideate different food options within our budget constraints. The food was also incredible. We asked Catering Connection to recreate our favorite salmon tacos from a local restaurant as an appetizer, and they delivered. Part of working with Catering Connection involves trying each dish on the menu at their office prior to the wedding, and it was a super fun experience. We were able to make minor tweaks to the menu, and the experience gave us piece of mind going into our wedding that our food was going to be great. During the wedding, all the food came out on time, and the staff was very professional. Additionally, the bartenders were all super fun and had excellent execution of our His and Hers cocktails. When it came to choosing who to work with for my daughter in law's wedding shower, we chose Catering Connection. It was a hot, sunny day, but they were cool cats. We never saw them sweat. (Not to say they weren't!) Food was delicious, service was excellent. No request went unattended. Always generous and responsive from our first inquiry, until our last bite.
