"Horrible experience. We paid over $50 for two six inch gluten-free pizzas and a small salad. They messed order up and brought us the wrong dressing and I have people with dietary needs. A total waste of money. Don’t bother going here. Who sends food out of a kitchen this badly burnt? We also had two employees call and confirm our order only for it to be messed up and burned."
"We love Rustys pizza and any time we are in the Santa Barbara/Goleta area, we hit up one of the Rustys locations. This time we tried some different items besides our go to pizza. The Rustys sub was good tasting, but was minimal when it came to the meat. The habanero wings were very tasty."

"On September 16, 2023 around 5:20 pm, I ordered a large pepperoni pizza to eat in. I waited for 30 minutes, then I decided to ask for my pizza, the cashier told me they forgot to make it, and told me to wait another 5 minutes. I saw a bunch of people in the kitchen doing nothing. I wondered how they forgot. I asked for a refund, which they acted like they didn’t want to, but I insisted. After they talked to the manager I got my refund, but they didn’t even say sorry. What kind of business is that. Bunch of lazy people."
