"Castle Estates has location, awesome neighbors, and amazing management to boot. The long time manager Rebecca is a beautiful soul. She has a happy hippy can do attitude, extremely professional demeanor, and keeps the park in immaculate condition with her diligent maternal like responsibility to upkeep the parks visual appearance. I lived in the park from 2016-2018. In that time I got to know the park, Steve/Rebecca, and the lovely residents very well. The non-profit administration responsible for castle Estates really improved this park. When looking around you see an abundance of improvements. In the short time of ownership many new homes have come into the park, fences have been replaced, roads have been re-paved, infrastructure upgraded, issues have been resolved, and living conditions continue to incline for everyone."

"I currently live in castle estates and have come to enjoy the neighborhood. The park manager is present form Monday through Friday, providing excellent service. The park is very clean regarding the streets and majority of its landscaping. My only complaint would be with some of the older homes that brings down the overall appearance of the park. Otherwise, I would highly recommend considering castle estates, especially because it’s a non-profit owned park that provides guaranteed rent control."
