"I always have good experiences shopping at AutoZone but this time they sucked. I bought a wheel bearing, pressed it in and it wound up being the wrong bearing. I called at 7:50 and told them I was coming in, and as I pulled the parking lot at 7:59, they were locking the door. They could have sold me the part but refused. Don't expect them to do anything to help out in a pinch. So I went there first thing the next day to get the part they said they had, to be told they did not have it. Never again AutoZone Water st Santa Cruz!"

The people that work at this AutoZone are super nice and helpful. They stick with you and make you feel like your getting more personal service. It's nice."

"I was accused of stealing, they kept my backpack and theatened me. I came back in the store and had to raise a ruckus in order to get my own property back. They were like a gang. Scared insident. I'll never go into that store again and I will definitely tell my friends of my experience with this house of unpleasantness."
