"Doggy Lama and their staff are *the best* and Emily in particular has been a lifesaver. We have an elderly cat with health issues, and she recently became ill while we were out of the country. Emily got her to an urgent vet appointment, picked up meds, administered them twice a day, and scheduled extra visits to make sure she was recovering -- it could have been a nightmare but Emily made it totally manageable and reassured us with texts and (beautiful!) photos throughout the process. She truly cares for our cat, and we know when we're away she's in excellent hands. We've been using Doggy Lama for three years and have had nothing but lovely experiences."

"Doggy Lama is my vote for the best small business in the Bay Area. This is not hyperbole! They are reliable, transparent, informative, and caring. We feel so comfortable with them, and often lean on their guidance and advice for taking care of our dog Rory. Our walker Jeysi feels like a member of the family. Every weekday she reliably arrives at our home, Rory runs to greet her, and off they goes with a pack of 5-7 dogs on a beautiful East Bay trail. A few hours later Rory comes home happy and tired. And then Jeysi sends us a written summary along with beautiful photos and videos from the day. It seems like such a fun pack. We're so, so grateful for Jeysi. Attaching just one pic here. But I have about 8,000,000 others that are equally frame worthy!"
