"I would not advise U to shop at this $ Tree. They R either close( labor shortage) or the card machine does not work. They R out of stock of a lot of merchandise !"

"The location is convenient but the store itself is run down and is often out of stock. I assume the shelves are typically bare because they sell out so quickly, so maybe the community just relies heavily on this store."

"Depending on the manager working at the time you are in the store you may be harassed as an upstanding customer. Today I was made aware that the different managers who work here set each their own rules for the store. I am an overspending monthly visitor to this location, because of this I have gotten to know many of the people who work here. Today happened to be the day I was unfamiliar with the clerks working. I buy items in bulk. I came in to shop for the children in my life, one of which has sensitive skin. After opening an unfamiliar brand of baby soap to smell it & make sure it was safe for the sensitive skinned infant, I realize that the bottle is not even half full. Knowing I was going to buy the entire stock since they’re were only 15 of them available, I began to merge the bottles so that I did not have so much to carry. I have expressed before to management how empty many soap bottles are, & that dollar tree should be ashamed of themselves for this. Even still, I justly make my purchase, paying for all the bottles, including the now empty ones. Previous times I have done this in store with no managers ever having had an issue because like I said, I make my purchases justly & I always come in & clear out the shelf. Unfortunately today I was approached by a manager I’ve never seen before & was treated like a criminal. I explained to her that I do this all the time & asked to speak to the store manager because she is aware of who I am. Being extremely rude & judgmental, while also lying says she is the HEAD manager, she did not care to hear that this was simply a misunderstanding, so I proceeded to follow her rules & do things as she wished! I informed her I was buying all of the bottles, & there was no need for her to worry, at which time she rudely & loudly expressed she wanted me out HER store, while asking if I was done shopping so she could accompany me to the checkout. I then said I have to grab a replacement Broom-head, & that’s it. She walks away & I’m thinking everything is over. However, not even one minute later she comes up to me again, this time with security. A little bit of soap had spilled because one of the bottles had a broken top which I was blamed for. I expressed it was broken already, which she clearly didn’t believe due to the previous exchange about the soap. The security guard then interjects himself saying “yea & you can’t open it to smell it” to which I reply “I need to know it’s completely scent free for the safety of severely sensitive skin.” I’ve never had a problem doing that in ANY retail store, but apparently the dollar store is so high end, that you can’t make sure you’re not going to cause skin reactions in little children before making a purchase. I then expressed how often I come in the store & feel I am being harassed over something minuscule, & more importantly an issue between management due to the discrepancies in this specific managers policies. I then ask for the corporate number & her name so that I could report this because it is not acceptable to treat good paying, returning customers this way. She refuses to give me her name & the number."

"Absolutely not up to standard. Although a certain amount of items are regularly stocked, many very common items are hit and miss, such as baby shampoo and wipes. It looks like no one is bothering to go open boxes to stock shelves either. The staff is obnoxious and rude as well. And even though they have functional restrooms for shoppers, they are not bothering to open them, and the same lie is said over again in a disgustingly creepy manner saying they're *out of order*. No they are not out of order..., these new restrooms are not out of order. Good location, creepy, sloppy, unprofessional and hostile staff. Not worth it. Hire people who actually WANT a job. Ugh."
