"We lived here in 2021 and it was pretty great for the price! The staff was so friendly and worked with us on any problems we had(which was very few). The first day we moved in we noted our cabinets on our move in sheet. Rachel immediately got us a can of WD40 and was great at responding! It’s a very convenient location by the base, the design is basic but better than what over $2k will get you in Oceanside sometimes(especially since you don’t pay utilities), neighbors were quiet, closet is HUGE, etc. The only downsides to this complex is the parking and no AC. Parking if you have more than one car can be difficult at times but it’s doable for sure, as for the AC we just put a box fan in our window and it was great for circulating and cooling air in the summer. If you’re a good tenant, they will be good to you!"

"Cons: Really poor management,communication, and apartment conditions. lived here for a around a year and utilities were already breaking apart such as garbage disposal, Kitchen Hood, bathroom dehumidifier, toilet leaking, and other things. The manager is rarely here and doesn’t like to pick up the phone or reply to voicemails for some reason. The parking spots here is pretty limited and steep. Pros: Rent is $1,200 with utilities included which is pretty good compared to the surrounding areas. Maintenance takes about a week or two to fix whatever’s broken."

"This is a terrible place to live...Pam was so nosy and always in our business, trying to see out her office at what everyone was doing 24/7, would gossip about other tenants to her “favorites”.. and not to mention extremely rude to us when we moved out and took all of our security deposit for something that was there when we moved in and had been telling her to get fixed the entire time we lived there. Roaches and ants were a problem and I didn’t feel welcome in my own apartment complex. I felt watched, judged, and like the management didn’t care at ALL about their tenants. So many neighbors also complained to me of having the same problems. Terrible. Please don’t live here."

"Staff is awful. Pam judges disabled people by looks. Apartment was infested with mice and the management blamed me for "having my door open". And took from my deposit to clean up mice feces. Constantly harrassing/stalking tenants and plays "favorites". Highly would not recommend these apartments due to Pam and other management thinking they Rate respect when they give none. Shameful."

"The office is hardly ever open, even when it says it's supposed to be so forget about being able to pick up packages and pay rent in person. It regularly opens up to an hour late, and no one is in the office after 4pm even though they're "open til 5pm". No one ever answers the phone so you can call and pay rent or arrange to get your packages. The laundry facilities are slowing destroying my clothes because the washing machines are terrible and my clothes are never dry coming out of the dryer. The dumpsters are always full because there's only 2 for the whole complex so you have to plan when you're going to take out your garbage or else there won't be room in the dumpster. Don't live here unless you absolutely have to, we will be moving soon and I am counting down the days."
