Quality Inn Fallbrook I-15

"We checked into our room at 3 pm came back at 10 pm our room was given away to another family we walked in to find them in our room. The front desk gave us another room they had to “clean” we didn’t get in that room until 12am once we got in the room the comforter of the clean sheets look like a mechanic had a fight with a grizzly bear I mean blood and grease all over the sheet the curtains were the same. On one bed they didn’t even put a comforter cover. We had them change the sheets out again. Didn’t get to bed until 130 am. Once we turned on the heater it smelled like cigarettes smoke. By this time we just gave up and wanted to sleep. In the morning we woke up to a drunk woman screaming at every one who went outside. We asked for a refund we never received one. This is an independently owned location. Do not stay here ever it does not live up to a Fallbrook standard. As a matter of fact I have stayed at better Motel 6. We have been trying to get a refund since Veterens day"

"Avoid this place at all costs! I stayed here with my partner and after driving 5 hours to come visit our family for Christmas we were horrified to discover that not only was there no fitted sheet on the bed but the mattress pat had VOMIT crusted on it. It was late in the evening and we were exhausted so I just went downstairs to ask for a fitted sheet and a fresh mattress pad. The front desk agent was outside doing who-knows-what, and the shady characters hanging around the lobby (I don't know if they were employees or not) went to go get him. I was informed there were no fitted sheets and was given a new mattress pad which turned out to be too small for the bed. We ended up having to turn up the heater and sleep on top of the thin flat sheet on a bare disgusting mattress. The towels are thin and atrocious (I could find better towels at a Walmart), the "staff" look more like vagrants and made me very uncomfortable, and the front desk employee is dismissive and rude. After having been given the run-around I have still not received a refund or even a response, I have been hung up on twice, and they have even hung up on the third party booking agent I used when they called to try and help me. The desk employee said he had "forwarded the messages" to his manager, but would not give me a name or any way to contact said manager myself. He even gave me the wrong email to try and get a refund request going. FILTHY RUDE USELESS STAFF DO NOT STAY HERE."

"I live near this hotel and it's owner's seem to have some deal with the city to house homeless people for a set amount of time and then kick them out for them to roam around the neighborhood. This place is solely responsible for the rise in crime in this area. The owners just don't care. it's sad because at one time it was a nice looking mission style building and now it's one giant crack house. Do not stay here at all cost."

"I didn’t feel safe parking my car there, I made sure it was parked under a security camera. There were pool cleaning supplies left out in the parking lot. The room had a very weird smell to it. The shower didn’t drain properly so water started to back up after a couple minutes. The bed and pillow sheets didn’t seem very clean. The chair had rips in the fabric. The wall fixtures were half off. I couldn’t even get the WiFi to work. This place should charge by the hour and not $200/night. This is a run down motel, not a hotel."

"When I stay at a quality inn I expect more quality not less. The floor in the room was so filthy. And the fridge was so noisy and the sheets had grit in them. The tub was nice. But also dirty. And early check in is $55 dollars? Why. They obviously aren’t cleaning the rooms? And the jacuzzi is broken and they don’t tell you. And the pool was filthy. But the staff I did deal with were nice. So the new joke in the room when something was gross or broken was to just say “it’s quality “"
