"This particular JOB seems to struggle with getting my order right in the drive thru. There is a better chance that something will be missing or they gave the car in front of me my stuff than not."
"Regret is the only thing I feel when I look back at stopping here. Horrendous service. Food was even worse, talk about cold and thrown together by employees who obviously don’t care or want to put effort into what product they’re putting out. Only redeeming thing I can say about the location is that it looks like it was remodeled. You’re better off going to the McDonald’s down the street, which is exactly what we had to do."
"I got a breakfast croissant and hash browns. The hash browns were too cold, room temperature at best. The croissant was ok, but the egg white was crusty on the bottom which makes it a little difficult to eat."
"I walked to Jack N Box on Euclid Ave this morning and ordered a Large combo. I was supposed to get a receipt after I ordered and I didn't. I ordered a 12 piece Garlic Parmesan chicken wings and Large fries but only received a 6 piece Garlic Parmesan chicken wings and large fries with a large drink. I just had a major surgery and it was hard for me to walk up there in the first place. I can't go back to let them know I didn't get the RIGHT order. They charged me for a 12pc combo but didn't get what I wanted. So disappointed and ruined my brunch for the day. Boo!"
"Drive thru was pretty fast. Got the value menu chicken sandwich french fries and the basic witch shake which is pretty good. They added a battery in my order that must have been for one of their handheld devices. Not overly friendly but not rude."
