"This store is absolute garbage, they did a repair they are simply not qualified to do. They ruined my expensive watch and when I bring it back they say the policy of zero liability is written on the receipt (after the fact). The owner is a rude nasty individual. I'm sure this happens a bunch. He seems more than versed in dealing with unhappy customers. I had to add this after looking at the response from the owner. The watch I had repaired was a waterproof watch. Why would you need to ask for water proofing if that's the way the watch was intended. Anyway, more lies and incompetence. Sound familiar??"
"What a great home town jeweler and watch service! I had 5 watches that all needed some love and I took them all in at the same time and they took care of them all in 30 minutes! I was super surprised about that. I highly recommend Gold Rush Jewelers and will come back."

This is the second time I've been in the store and both times everyone was so very friendly, I felt genuinely welcome and felt well taken care of, old-fashion courtesy. I came in for a watch battery change, and the gentleman who took care of it was great, very fast and very professional. Very nice selection of watches as well. It was a pleasure visiting the store, and I will definitely be back."
"Gold Rush is definitely a notch above all other jewelry stores I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is impressive as they always seems do whatever they can to make sure I was satisfied with my request. The last time I used them, the owner, Rick, helped me. My wife and I wanted some work done on her wedding ring for our 15th anniversary. Rick added a diamond band and lowered the setting at a very reasonable price and the work was done quickly. I strongly recommend Gold Rush for any of your needs."
