"Very bad experience with hair styling and color. Ramona did what she wanted without listening to me and chose a mix of colors when asked to do a dark brown color. She insists to finish the job even when the client seems unhappy and asks her to stop."
"It's hard to review Salon Decadence as an establishment alone, because it's more about the individual stylists. The place itself is fine...it has all the salon things you would expect in a salon and all the stylists I've observed seem to have a loyal and happy clientele. I don't think the salon gets a lot of walk-in traffic, despite its central Novato location. Probably could use a more prominent sign. My personal experience is having Linh as my hair stylist for many years. She's fantastic and cuts, colors, and styles my hair perfectly every four weeks. She has a loyal following and always has room for more. Ask for Linh!"
