"It’s as if they replaced the employees with gum smacking Tijuana rats; when you’re shopping here it’s easy to forget the same company owns Louis Vuitton—customer service here is dismal and they would rather blame the client rather than choose to improve. This is reflected in their inventory, there’s a reason why high end luxury brands do not want their products at this particular location, you won’t find Tom ford, Chanel beauty or Gucci…amongst other brands here. I think the employees would feel more comfortable working at a dollar store located in an outlet mall"

I was greeted by an incredibly friendly staff and referred to a specialist, Marcella, to help me. Not only was she very kind and helpful but she clearly knew her stuff. Because of covid-19, I could not try any products on my skin. Nonetheless, she proceeded to get me all of the correct products for my skin type and needs.
