"Needed a tank-less hot water heater flushed out due to build up, guy came out and said it was clogged up 9o's going to the heater, qouted 700 bucks to replace. Replaced and didn't change anything. Than flushed the system twice charged another 350 and it started working fine. In the process he cracked a fitting on hot water heater, put some putty and a band clamp on it, said he would call for parts next day, its been 6 weeks and continues to leak."

The nice lady said she would send a gentleman out today, YES TODAY (same day) to look at my gas pipe that needed repairs. And within 2 hours he was here and he cleaned my gas pipes and is going to put in a request for a new one to be put in witching the next few business days. His name is Henry! Nice and respectful guy! This whole company is very professional and I highly recommend them! 100%."
