"If we are now required to schedule an appointment, please let us know, when we call. When I stopped by with no appointment, to purchase my tires. The guy never mentioned the importance of an appointment. He took my order & I paid in full. He said, he would call in a day or so, never got the call or text. I called, to check on my tires, they said come in the tires in. Never mentioned the importance of having an appointment.. when I got there, they said I needed an appointment to replace my tires, after I made a fuss, they said OK, but it's going to take a few hrs, maybe 1.5 or 2hrs. The guy helping express the importance of having an appointment and he was not very nice, matter of fact " No one was nice" I really wanted to walk away and cancel my order. This will be the last time- I purchase tires with Pep Boys again."

"The Pep Boys Ventura is my go to shop, the extended hours of operation as well as being open on Sundays is extremely helpful!! Especially if you find yourself in a jam.. I walked in at 530pm yesterday to see if they had time to do my alignment, and they had another car being worked on but got me checked in, and out the door by 610pm !!"
