"Price matching and the Firestone name is what brought me here for tires. They price matched with Walmart no problem. I was impressed not only with the service I received but also that I witnessed while waiting for my vehicle. David was juggling everything with such a positive attitude. He answered phone questions, walk-in customers, and appointment customers all with the same sincere attention to each. He handled all questions and complaints while remaining calm and charming to everyone. David made sure that my vehicle got all the attention necessary without being pushy on things I didn't want or need. He was very knowlegible making sure to explain everything fully so that I could make an informed decision but let it be my decision. It was awesome. I definitely haven't experienced that kind of service in many Southern California businesses during the 10 years I have been here from the Bay Area. It was very surprising. I will be trusting my "baby" with them from here on out. I left feeling like I got everything I wanted and needed without feeling ripped off. Thank you so much David & team for going over and above. "Outstanding customer service! Glen was great! He was so pleasant to do business with! I didn't have an appointment. He said I could wait and be seen. He didn't turn me away. I'm glad he was able to get me in because there was a small nail in my tire! I just drove from Ohio to California! He had outstanding customer service skills. "Great employees, I'll definitely bring my car back here! The first time I came in was to have my tires replaced and the second time was to get their opinion on why the engine was misfiring. The employees were fantastic--nice, honest, and I never felt like they were trying to push unnecessary work just to make money. Highly recommend!"

"MEDIOCRE work and BAD customer service. Had taken my extremely low miles first gen CRV to get a new set of tires. Unfortunately my rims are ruined now since clip-on weights where put on instead of stick-on. I imagined if a car has a non-steel set of wheels this approach should be the standard, but leaving that assumption aside I wasn’t even asked about it. In terms of customer support, I had an appointment scheduled for (02/10/22) @ 4:30pm. Upon arriving everything was shut. I called the next day and was told it was due to short staff. This is fine! I just wasn’t called ahead letting me know my appointment was cancelled, this is especially inconsciente since I had to leave work early for this errand. Not sure what’s the deal with this Firestone but I really wanted to give them the chance! Especially since it’s so well located. Im devastated at the current condition of my wheels and now need to find an specialist to restore them. Conclusion: don’t bring wheels you care about here. (My wheel caps where also left not pushed all the way in! Luckily I catch this at home and clipped them in)"
