"I need a paper saying i was seen at this office so, DO NOT LEAVE with out a receipt, (even if promised one will be in your email becasue it wont be) otherwise it is impossible to prove you were there. almost lost my job because the office lady wouldn't email me a receipt for the visit. Wasn't asking for medical infomotion or follow up care just a paper simply stating I had been there.2 weeks laster still waiting. the records department Is a joke. This place and there staff are the bottom of the barrel. If you get hurt in soda springs go ANYWHERE BUT HERE."

All of the PA's my family and I have seen here have been excellent. Smart, professional and kind. I always feel like I am getting the best treatment possible. They work well with my toddler and do their best to move as quickly as they can. I especially like the new "schedule ahead" appointments you can make online."

"I came in with a two year old with a wound that needed stitches at 4pm on a Saturday. We were taken care of immediately. The practitioners were just so lovely - all of them. They put a couple of stitches in my kid’s forehead and we were out by 6pm. Had they been closed, the ER is across the street. It’s a small facility, quite the opposite of what we’re used to in the Bay Area. The experience makes me want to live in a small town."

"Super efficient staff. Before I went down, I called ahead and was given an estimate of how long to be seen and treated which was very accurate. All the staff were good listeners who showed genuine concern for my well being. For context, I had a fractured rib and a suspected hand fracture (which was only a contusion) which required a thorough exam and x-rays with diagnosis."
