"Overall excellent experience. We went there for a sprained ankle. Doctor was thorough, communicative and compassionate. Equipment (x-ray),clinical staff and facilities were all excellent. Convenient, welcoming and skilled. Only thing that could have been better would be not to twist the ankle in the first place but can’t blame them for that."
"Exceptional staff and treatment! Visited with a ligament injury. Was seen basically right away by nurse and then two docs. Doctors had time to clearly explain the extent of my injury, what I should expect in coming days, and exactly when to seek additional treatment. The team worked well and efficiently together, there was sufficient staff so wait times were short, and the team was clearly experienced with the injuries most prevalent at a ski resort. One hopes to never visit urgent care, but this was as great a visit as one might expect. Thank you!"
"Highly recommend Northstar Medical Clinic. Lucy at is the front desk went above and beyond. I called into the clinic due to an injury I experienced the day prior, she encouraged me to make the drive up as there was no wait at the time. Once on property a became lost and called her back, she then guided me to the entrance with a parking spot in hand. She also assisted me with faxing an MRI request for a future appointment. Lucy was very kind and patient and never made me feel I was a bother. Doctor Krause and the other doctor on staff were thorough and handled my injury with care and concern. Dr Krause explained my diagnosis and possible future treatments. Nurse Jason and the medical assistant were warm and welcoming as well. Truly top notch service all the way around."
"Came here with a broken bone! The staff was very caring and fast. They put back my broken bone perfectly aligned , this is according to my orthopedist when she saw the x-ray later."
"Possibly the best functioning medical establishment I have ever experienced. went seamlessly and quickly between check in, vitals, doctor, xray and doctor again with almost no waiting between. In and out in 45 minutes with a wrist fracture. Doctor was knowledgeable and clear."
