"This cappuccino was an utter disaster, undoubtedly the worst I've ever experienced. The espresso was an abomination, drowned in a sea of poorly frothed milk. For someone supposedly versed in the art of coffee, the incompetence is staggering. The quiche was uninspired, and while the Pain au Chocolat salvaged some dignity, the claim as coffee roasters is nothing more than a mockery. Consider this not a recommendation, but a scathing indictment of incompetence."
"great coffee, too corwded, long wait line overall taste was great. staff was kind. there were too mant people on the line and only 2 staffs making drink. no one organize the order and serve so easily mess up and some ppl grap food that they didnt ordered. not enough space compare to the people vosit the place."
"Recently visited this charming coffee shop and was thoroughly impressed. The atmosphere was inviting and warm, perfect for a relaxing break. The staff were exceptionally friendly, adding to the overall pleasant experience. I tried the Matcha Zen in a 16oz, and it was delightful. The flavor was rich and satisfying. Honestly, I wish I had gone for a larger size! Highly recommend it for anyone looking for great drinks and a cozy spot."
"5 stars for coffee, customer service, ambience and fast moving lines :). This place definitely is on our to visit list every time a trip to Carmel is on the cards. Parking to any joint located on Ocean Dr can be a bit tricky and this one is no exception, but once you have that sorted out get in line over here and get ready to order some good tasting coffee , croissants etc and enjoy them to your heart's content. Well kept , tidy interiors , great staff , great snack options and some amazing coffee/tea. We ended up ordering a coffee (hot) with a dark chocolate croissant and enjoyed them a lot. Got in and out of the line in about 5 minutes which wasn't bad at all given the number of folks that were ahead of us. Definite recommendation!!"
"We had a great experience here! It was crowded which showed it is a good place. I ordered a latte (forgot to take a picture of it) and it was good! It had cinnamon in it. We ordered to go and it didn’t take long even though the line was long. There are huge cookies and other yummy looking pastries but we just needed coffee. Would come back here!"
