"The rooftop is great for a date night with plenty of fire pits in case it’s a chilly night. The wine list is okay when compared to other restaurants in the area. I recommend this as a stop before or after dinner for the rooftop."
"This was our first visit to Carmel and we ate here one evening. We read that their pizzas are good (even though they offer many dinner entrees) so we gave it a try. We sat at a high top bar table and the bartender waited on us. She was very friendly and attentive. In fact, other staff stopped by to check on us as we ate. The pizza was excellent and the bar mixes really good too. I would definitely go back."

"Vesuvio is located in the beautiful city of Carmel by the sea. It is a quaint city located a couple of hours away from San Francisco on CA 1. The service at this restaurant is outstanding. While taking the order the waiter suggested a couple of house specials. Glad that we accepted his car suggestions as food is delicious."
