"Literally the worst eye vet doctors office in the Bay Area . BBB has been contacted over the treatment of my dog and myself. Truly a horrifying experience in so many ways that I don't feel safe explaining what happened. Do not go here. The Entire staff is as unprofessional as a doctors office could be. Do not take your dog here I can speak from experience. Even called the San Francisco location for help and was immediately harrasingly profiled. If you care about the overall quality if life and respect from human being to human being DO NOT COME TO THIS VET"

"We took our German Shepherd in for evaluation regarding his Pannus. Amin’s condition has been regressing and we were really worried. Dr Li Puma was patient and answered all of our questions. She also talked to us about different things we can start so to help manage his disease. She was knowledgeable and sweet. The staff was very helpful and got us a list of resources to help with the cost of his medication. The experience overall was great and we walked out feeling much better. We are hopeful that our boy is going to get better with the plan provided. It’s been only 2 days and Amin is already improving."
