"Edit - wow, the employees are so rude. While getting change for my purchase, I asked if I could get two $10 bills instead of a $20 and the guy told me "you'll get what I give you", and proceeded to give me a $20, despite there being a full stack of 10s in the drawer. I said "really?", and he said "this isn't a bank" and the slammed the drawer shut. I've never experienced anything like that at any other grocery store. They don't care about their customers. --- Never enough cashiers. Line regularly takes 15+ minutes. 3 of the 4 self checkout machines are also broken. Some cashiers they do have are very rude and not friendly. Also they have no hand baskets and very few shopping carts. Could be a nice grocery store if they hired more employees."

"Always seems to be "issues" with the self checkout machines. It ends up taking forever to get assistance from a manager to clear up the error on the computer. Seems to be a consistent problem. I try and save time by using the self checkout but end up wasting time waiting for assistance. Lesson learned, go through the checkstand with a real clerk and get it done right the first time!"

"Great place! Has a good selection of various brands at good prices. Found the Ramune marble drink there though it was in the mexican/ boxed food aisle and not in the carbonated drinks aisle. Lots of selection when it ccmea to instant noodles and has a better price compared to other stores. Clean and organizes with ample parking."

"The Lucky supermarket at San Carlos has plenty of parking and a good selection of products . The store is clean and well organized. The staff is friendly. The only problem that I observed is the time one needs to stay in line for paying for his groceries. Despite of that, I recommend this store."
