"Since this review 4 years ago, I continue to visit with Banfield for all the reasons listed below. The care is exceptional, the two vets who see my dog Brady (and previously my beloved Min Pin Zoey) are still on board, and the Wellness Plan is something Banfield has done right. While I continue to have issues with their website and emailed summaries that have yet to be addressed, those are corporate concerns; I will iron them out with their HQ eventually. What matters is the compassionate care Dr. Slomowitz and Dr. Y deliver - it's as good as you can get in the Conejo Valley. ___ This vet office is also known as Dr. Y’s but Banfield’s presence is increasing. As long as Dr. Yetishevsky and Dr. Slomowitz stick around, I will continue to bring my pups there. They are the heart and soul of the practice and deliver compassionate, informed care. Stephanie @ the front desk is also a great asset. She listens well and is pro-active on behalf of the pets and the owners. I’ve moved around several offices in the Conejo Valley in search of the right combination of skills, price and admin. Dr. Y’s is right up with the best of them. A word of advice, however - keep your original name. It represents your brand and your brand is your reputation."

"The staff is so pleasant. It shows they care about their patients and pet parents I love the vet too she saw my cat the last few times. She is down to earth. I worked for vets many years ago, and they were super full of themselves, especially one of them. It is good to see her relate to us like she does, very friendly and helpful Thank you all!!+ Do wish their plan was not so expensive, though. Every year, that program goes up on average $4.00, but none of the benefits increase, and i can't use some of them because I have a cat."
