Dollar Tree

"I was at the dollar tree. There was two customers of them. The first one card kept declining so she canceled the transaction. The next customer then told me I had to wait until she rerun up the other customer poor customer service. I have five items she could’ve rung me up quickly as I was paying in cash and I would’ve been on my way but instead I had to sit there and wait another 10 minutes just to be checked out. They need to teach the cashiers on better customer service. I was already waiting in line for 10 minutes while the lady kept trying different cards. Obviously, you have no money let the next person who’s behind you pay for yourself so they can go. P.S They never have enough cashiers I do not know why it seems like everybody’s always on the floor pushing out product, but never at the register. Please hire more people."

"The ONLY reason this is 4 and NOT a 5 is because whoever manages this store left it severely understaffed. My husband and I ran in yesterday , December 24th around 3pm, only one young man was working entirely alone……and the line was longer than the length of the building . Once we got up to the register without even looking up he kindly asked how bad the line was. We told him he was doing an amazing job! This man deserves a raise . Calm collected in a madhouse of customers . In a world full of people who don’t want to work, this was awesome to see."

"Omg who hired this guy that works here?? He gives off super creepy vibes! He is a young guy and I believe he is middle eastern! Everything I come here he asked me super weird things! I don’t feel comfortable! He is usually at the register. Please be careful when going in. You never know what someone is capable of. He also stares really bad!! Who is the manager here? Common!!"

"Great location, right next to Smart and Final, Staples and Pet Smart. Plus, this Westlake Village Dollar Tree has EVERYTHING. Very well stocked. It's a mini hardware + party + office supplies + storage + makeup + kitchen gadget heaven. My favorites here are duct tape (they even have “extra strong” and also colored duct tape), double-stick tape (a must-have office supply), microfiber towels (they are the best cleaning cloths ever. Just use water, no chemicals needed), touch-up painting sponges, and the best deal on helium balloons anywhere."

"Cashier sprayed repulsive smelling disinfectant FULL strength on the counter. Then tossed my change and items on top of it. Then, they laugh like heinas at the customers. The store itself is well-stocked and organized. Employees need to be taught how to be considerate and hospitable to customers, & shown some class."
