"I have had an excellent experience with Carmel Stone. Pamela, who works at the Barnyard location in Carmel, is extremely helpful and knows her product choices. My first encounter with her was as a walk-in. She greeted me and listened carefully (and silently) as I described what I needed. She took me straight to display boards that would work beautifully- even though she had not seen my house or even photos. She stayed with me throughout the process and made sure we could get what we wanted when we needed it. Our project is small (tile for two bathrooms) but she treated us as though we were doing a huge project. She answers emails and calls very promptly. I also have to mention Mark, who took her place while she was on vacation. Mark is following in her footsteps and will be as successful with customers as is Pamela.
