"We had this company come to our home, take all measurements and disappear for 6 weeks. We finally heard from them and they said they’d get our fireplace elements ordered and finalized. That was over a month ago…. So far it’s been 4 months since we started this process and all we have is silence… and an empty fireplace. You may want to simply order what you need on Amazon. Way faster and less painful."
"We bought an Osborn Wood Insert from them. In addition to poor communication and delays they measured our fireplace incorrectly leading to a smaller than necessary insert and very large surround. They also have no service and we have had nothing but issues with our insert. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!"
