"They usually have what I'm looking for and everyone in the store is so helpful. Special shout out to Heidi, who recently took the time to help me match a years-old sample of basic "white" paint with the same "white" -- and they actually had a fresh quart of it on the shelf! This is what a good general hardware store is all about: expert help and well-stocked shelves tailored to the local market."
"Helpful staff who go the extra mile. I needed a washer for a chainsaw, I called and described the problem and part. On the phone the staff looked up the part, which was out of stock. I went in anyways to make sure that i was ordering the correct part. The staff member, Micheal, decided to double check the inventory despite the computer showing the part was not on hand. He found it, $3.22 later my saw was running again. Dean hooked me up with the plumbing parts I needed, took only a few minutes at Ace’s organized shelves compared to multiple trips to homedepot searching through disorganized shelving chaos and zero help from personnel."
