"You will not find a better pharmacy in West Torrance than this one. They may well be the best pharmacy in the South Bay. The pharmacists are so professional and go overboard in getting your medications. Every technician is super friendly and helpful. They greet you immediately on arrival, and they make it their personal mission to get you everything you need and checked out quickly. The only downside? Their hours. They close at 7pm weekdays and weekends are even shorter, and they close for lunch on the weekends for one hour. I was a CVS customer for years and switched. I'm so happy I did."

"The pharmacist at this location are incompetent. I tried to get my refill on Sunday but they forced me to wait 6 days to get my refill, first they said they needed to confirm the prescription with my doctor even though I brought in a written prescription from my doctor. He filled it out correctly so there was no confusion or anything they just didn't want to fill it I guess. I called back on Monday so I could speak to the head pharmacist and they said there was a problem with their computer and it wouldn't let them refill it. So I waited till Tuesday and the head pharmacist told me I should have been able to pick up the prescription on Sunday but it seems someone made a mistake when they input the medication on the computer. I called my doctor and even he said I should have been able to refill the medication on Sunday, he ended up calling them but even he couldn't get them to do it. Finally on Wednesday they said they would fill it but guess what? They didn't have the medication in stock. I had been calling about this refill for 4 days, they knew I was going to get it filled but they didn't bother restocking the meds while they made me wait. So they told me in the morning that they would get the medication in after 12pm and it would take an hour to fill so it should be ready after 1pm. So I took time off work to go down and get it.... guess what? They didn't get the medication! They didn't even put in the order to get it and again they told me to wait. At this point I transferred the prescription to CVS. But they weren't done messing with me cause CVS kept saying they didn't send it, while this Walmart kept saying they did send it. I called right up until they closed and finally the next morning they sent it out. This was such a headache to deal with. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PHARMACY."
