"This gym is amazing!! Not only are the classes fun and a great workout but the staff are all so welcoming,nice, and helpful. I have only been there since June, But they make u feel like u have been a member for years and ur a part of the family. All the trainers are amazing each with their own style of teaching. I tell everyone about this gym and how great it is, if ur looking for a great gym then u need to come here, you won’t regret it!"

"I took up boxing because I needed to release some anger and find my strength again, but every time I’m here I’m so happy I can’t stop smiling. Lol In all seriousness I’m new to this gym & boxing but from my first impression to now-it has been nothing but a GREAT experience! Everyone I have come in contact with has been so kind, so genuine, helpful, & welcoming. You can tell these people are devoted to their craft & passionate, they want you to succeed, they want to build a stronger you, even if you aren’t trying to become the next world champ. The environment offers you the space to be yourself, to show up at whatever level you are at. As a beginner I feel a tremendous amount of support to both have the freedom to practice & develop my technique along with the guidance to help build the proper foundations so I can improve. The environment is a perfect blend of detailed focus, positive & encouraging, while having fun and feeling like you belong. I truly cannot say enough great things! This gym isn’t in my area but I gladly commute out of my way because the atmosphere and the people here make the entire experience so worth it. I’m so grateful for Switch, & the people who make it what it is."

"Many new people joining the gym! The word is really getting out there. Several new "seniors" there too. If you're thinking about it, don't wait, just do it! This gym is great! And like no other! From my personal experiance, you CAN teach an old dog new tricks. AT 70, some think you have to slow down. Wrong! After attending a few classes with Andy and his staff I found out I have a lot more left than I thought."

"I usually try to find a drop in Muay Thai class when I travel. I had plenty of options in the area but decided on Switch in El Cajon. I’m glad I did. Robert welcomed me over the phone earlier in the week and then led the 7:00 A.M Saturday class. Good technique, good combos that were obviously thought thru and a good crew of people training- all in a clean gym with plenty of heavy bags and and gear. Pretty much all I want in a gym. Everyone was welcoming and I’ll definitely be back if ever in the area."

"Whipping me into shape one class at a time! Andy and team got me hooked with their strength & conditioning classes followed up with boxing classes. I started three days a week but now I can’t imagine missing a class. It’s not easy getting back into the gym after being out for so long but the training and support provided has made it easy to stick to it! New workouts every class, one on one focus and determination from the Switch team to drive me to be my best every second, why wouldn’t I love them?!"
