"Went in for some running shoes, the first person I talked to had asked me if I needed anything, I proceeded to tell him and he “went to grab them in my size.” After about 10 min waiting my husband sees him sneak out, then just leave the store entirely. I then flagged someone else down and asked for their help, and I mentioned what happened when this guy said, “oh it was his time to go so…” but why leave me hanging like that? I get it you want to go home but why not be like, hey i actually have to clock out but someone else would be happy to help you… Just felt like the employees really don’t care. They’re only there for a paycheck. They also had no shoes in my size and it’s a Wednesday. Clean store though, good luck to ya, I think I’ll find another location."

"The store is normal and fine, the problem is when you need help from the employees. I asked for help and a basic question that he could check, he made a face, treated me with disrespect and told me to ask someone else. I’d rather buy online than to return to this location and receive the same treatment again."

"Went in to get some new running shoes. I had a couple in mind, but also asked for recommendations. Ean was extremely helpful. At one point, it seemed he was the only employee on the floor, but he handled all the requests well. He kept checking on me and willingly found each shoe I requested. I know I can be indecisive sometimes with purchases like this, so as it got busier I was nervous I ‘d be forgotten about, but Ean stayed on top of everything, gave great recommendations, and was very helpful in my pursuit of new running shoes. "Went in today looking for hiking shoes. This was my 3rd store and the staff were in some kind of group meeting. I was sent a salesperson who asked me what my size was. Didn't ask to measure my foot to make sure. He was lack luster at best as he said he found a pair and brought them out. I looked around and asked if there was anywhere to sit and he said, oh yes, come around here. I sat down. He promptly disappeared and the shoes were far too small. He never returned but another salesperson did and I asked if they had in a different size. He looked at his phone and said no, they didn't have them in a larger size. end of story. What happened to taking a genuine interest in a person's search? Don't they have other stores? Could they not have called them to see if they had them in my size? Could they not have asked me if they could measure my foot, and bring me some boots in my size to choose from? Nope.. Absolute waste of time and energy. And the hiking boots section was a mess anyhow...more staff than customers...won't be going back."
