"The lady with curly hair and cheap tattos is rude. Big 5 should fire her racist self. People like her should not be working in customer service. You better believe that corporate will hear about this. She was rude from the beginning and if she had a bad day then she should get therapy. Do not come to this store if you want horrible service. Very unprofessional management. If she doesn't like her job she should quit. Her rude comments about "I have five registers to count," was beyond rude."
"The shoe sale person gave me a tip that I (female) can purchase men's shoes with a size difference of 1 and a half size smaller. Wow! I wish I had known that years ago. My shoes fit perfect."
