"The reception staff's behavior in Ryan Ranch is unprofessional and disrespectful. Despite my repeated attempts over two weeks to have blood work codes adjusted, they have failed to follow up as promised. Additionally, other essential tasks such as signing prescriptions and addressing tests have been repeatedly postponed without any communication or updates provided."

"Terrible experience with Dr.Khieu, went in for lower abdominal pain and Dr. Khieu just put me in an all liquid diet & had an ultrasound. I had my follow up a week later still in pain and he recommended acupuncture and to stick to the same liquid diet. The staff is super unorganized. Definitely getting a second opinion. DO NOT SCHEDULE any appointments with this medical group."

"Pretty bad experience thus far. Office staff is terribly unorganized. My payments repeatedly post to the wrong account, and then I have to call to have the situation corrected. They have never once returned a phone call that they said they would return. What is worse is that they charged $120 for a simple medication refill. I had explained why I need the refill on their website messaging system, but the doctor called to confirm the information I already provided. He spent 2 minutes talking to me and charged $120 because he said it counted as an office visit. They also tried to charge me twice for the first time visit. First time was when the nurse called me to review the answers I already gave on the in processing questionnaire and spent 5 minutes asking the same questions I already answered, then the doctor charged me again when I came to see him. This business borders on the unethical in terms of practices to make money."

"Made me feel like just another number. Staff is more interested in gossiping than helping patients. The doctor is eager to move on to the next patient and didn't spend more than 5 mins with me. Felt like being moved through a factory. Also, it takes forever to get an ultrasound because their tech only works on Wednesdays. I left after initial visit to find a different provider and now they aren't transferring my records. I would not go back and would not recommend this place to anyone."
