"Dental care is fine, but business practices and customer care in my opinion, absolutely terrible. I was called by a collection agency 2.5 years after my last visit with him without the office meaningfully trying to reach me. No care for me at all. Was told they had a new accounting agency that found an error per the receptionist. Somehow that error is now my responsibility, plus almost 100% interest. Very disappointing to experience such dehumanizing treatment."

"Dr. Bianco is hands down THE BEST DENTIST in Monterey! I was suffering for three days from severe back molar pain and went to see a dentist in Seaside (who was absolutely terrible, he did not want to help me at all). After that bad experience, I decided to try to see Dr. Bianco and he got me in for an appointment the same day! He did a quick xray and was able to see that I had a cracked molar and promptly and painlessly extracted the molar. Within a few hours I was feeling 100 times better after the extraction, Thanks to Dr. Bianco! He is kind, compassionate, and wants to make sure that you are not in pain whatsoever. He is honest and his staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Bianco and look forward to seeing him again for future dental services!"

He is kind and gentle, and always check with me to make sure I am doing ok. He lightens the mood by making jokes, and a little laughter goes a long way. When I have to get a treatment that requires Novocain shots, I request nitrous because it helps me relax and not freak out. Before I found Dr. Bianco, I didn't even know that was an option.
