"I saw Dr Chriswell all through the pandemic during stressful times. My appointments were postponed many times and then had to follow covid protocols. I did all that with Dr Chriswell. We got through it. My plan took longer than planned, but I dealt with it. When I got close to the end I still had a tooth not in alignment. Dr Chriswell told me he would have to cut a ligament in order for the tooth to be straightened. Cutting ligaments was never mentioned beforehand. I asked him if we could please try a few more trays and I could even pay extra. No he said you are done. I feel sad and abandoned. The tooth is a problem and food gets stuck in it. Not sure what to do now I will be contacting Invisalign."

"Awesome visit. The whole staff were friendly and welcoming. Transitioning from braces to Invisalign. Today my braces were removed and prepped for Invisalign. Kim was great at making me feel at ease and relax. She scanned, took X-rays and took a mold of my teeth. She’ll be making the retainer. Dr Jaydee was friendly and very gentle while removing the residual glue from braces removal. Just a great experience in general."
