There are no seasonal restrictions or fees for recreation use at Samoa Dunes. Facilities include an unloading ramp, restroom, tables, cooking grills, and a scenic overlook. Riders have access to 140 acres of open terrain with trails, a one-way track, a 4x4 rock crawling course, and the beach strand. The Eureka Dunes area, extending about 1 mile north of the park, is also open to OHV use.
