"Avoid at all costs. I called a month ahead of time to migrate the prescriptions for our household, and still half of them were filled at the old location. When I called to complain, Rx manager blamed my doctor, and when I disputed the claim told me to pound sand since the team would refuse to fill all of our drugs going forward and there's nothing we can do about it. Formal complaints filed with CA Board of Pharmacy and CVS corporate. Seriously, take your business elsewhere and don't look back. CVS pharmacy is a proverbial dumpster fire these days."
"No one even answered the call, just got the phone tree, put on hold by the automated system while waiting for the pharmacy, and then hung up on after waiting 10 min."
"I can't say enough good things about my interaction with pharmacist Stephen Wu. I came in seeking a vaccine that wasn't available at their location. He could have easily said "sorry, we don't have that vaccine, but go on our website." Instead, he was very supportive in finding me a location that had what I was looking. He called several branches and it turned out he found an appointment for me within the hour. And, throughout the process, he was kind, respectful, and personable. Thank you so much Stephen!"
