"I have had issues with this branch for several months before posting this. They're quick to take your money and offer coverage, but when something happens and it's in your favor, there is no urgency to help you and no communication. The other insurance is reaching out to me because my insurance has dropped the ball multiple times. I cannot speak for state farm as a whole, but Lori is and this branch are lazy and not customer service driven. I am not angry, I'm just very disappointed."

"BEWARE of this State Farm branch. The agents Eric Siess and Lori Siess seem to be in cahoots with illegally withdrawing funds from banking accounts. Eric and Lori attempted to make several unauthorized and illegal ACH withdrawals from my banking account which resulted in huge billing issues with my bank. My only relief came when I reported them to State Farm corporate. They researched it and found that these two agents were indeed making unauthorized withdrawals. Because of this, State Farm corporate reimbursed my money. After dealing with this horrible ordeal, I gladly cancelled my insurance policy with State Farm."
