"My first visit here (out of 3) was pretty decent… that’s because on my way out the nurse has an iPad in her hand and asked me to leave a review as she watched me type. The second two visits… not so much. The receptionist nurses informed me that the two appointments I was trying to make were unavailable and they would call me when they could get me to see someone. That was over a year ago… I’m leaving a review now because I would like others to be aware. I’d advise the administrator who’s reading this to search your records before replying, and tell me I’m lying…"

"From the moment I called to make an appointment, to the receptionist greeting me, the NP that came in for consultation, and the scheduler that checked me out of my appointment everyone was extremely helpful. I only wish I would have been recommended to come in fasting for my appointment “in case” they decided to order lab work. Every office has different policy so I don’t like to assume that they could draw labs on the first visit. Some refer out to labs. With that said, it would have been nice to not have to wait 2 weeks to do labs I could have completed on first visit. Just a suggestion for us as patients to take initiative to ask for office procedures so you already know that it is a possibility and you get the care in a faster time span. All in all it it a great facility thus far. This is why it was recommended to me by a close friend. They already jumped on getting my scope of care for my chronic conditions as soon as possible. I AM extremely grateful already for a good experience this far. I definitely would recommend this clinic and look forward to going back. Will continue to share reviews of specialty referrals."
