"I have used CVS pharmacy for the past six-seven years. Not been very easy, because of Worker's Comp. One of your worker has made this a much better time. Every month something new pops up. Debbie has always made this time much much easier to deal with mostly dealing with the insurance and getting auth. Always makes a very time much better. Thanks to Debbie."

"Can't even give 1 star, is there minus star!! I will never go back to this or any CVS pharmacy. Their computer system is so messed up, not to say the other word. I scheduled for flu & covid vaccine. Got a text that it needs to be re-scheduled due to limited availability. Went online to try to re-schedule, saw there was opening later in the day, same day and thought that was weird. I called them to try to sort this out and they said "oh, we have enough vaccine, just show up at your appointment time. great! Showed up on the appointment day and the guy pharmacist said we only accept email confirmation. CVS never sent me an email confirmation, it was only text confirmation. I showed to him and he got very defensive saying, "he's only trying to do his job!. Is this the way to speak to your customer? Had he said we are sorry, but we do have limited availabilities. I would have walked away or at least get the flu shot and not the covid and get something accomplished. This was so frustrating. When you use the CVS app, confirmation is always through text, never email. I made an appointment for my parents at Safeway and that I got an email confirmation. I think I will go to Safeway or Costco, never CVS again."
