"Nice and clean semi specialty grocery store to shop. Good variety of nuts, chocolate covered snacks/sweets, dried fruits. Ready to eat food counter, some prepackaged ready to go. Prices are slightly higher here."
"I really like shopping at Sprouts. I find the quality of their meat to be better than the big supermarkets and the same with the produce. I really like is the cherry flavored gummy bears, not (kidding). Decide. Besides the meat and the produce their staff is really helpful."
"Before the 2020 pandemic, I shopped regularly at this location, found staff competent, friendly, helpful. But my visits during the subsequent three years have been average. The stock is fine, and the homeopathic section always has someone very informed to help. But the rest of the staff seems less informed and the cashiers not as well-trained as prior to the pandemic. My most recent visit was the same. The cashier was unable to make a simple same-item exchange, was very flustered, and ended up trying to sell me a gift card, rather than exchanging the returned item. She kept asking the neighboring cashier questions and holding up the line so that it backed up. I returned to speak to the manager a short time later to get a refund for the item correctly applied on my credit card, when I studied the receipt outside and realized I had been recharged instead of refunded. I also noticed she was in the process of training another new cashier. It seems there is a staffing issue, and I hope this store is able to get the new cashiers up to speed soon. But for now, I will drive to Carmel Mountain Sprouts instead. It’s a larger store, and the staff are very competent despite the pandemic years. Update on January 3, 2024: Things have improved, it seems that personnel are better trained now."
