"I recently had an encounter with an employee named Henry at this location, and to my surprise, he conveyed that I am no longer welcome here simply because I requested my tea to be steeped for two minutes instead of the standard three, citing a corporate policy. This experience has left me genuinely shocked, as I have never encountered such poor customer service in my entire life. I pointed out that establishments like Starbucks or Peet's Coffee would gladly accommodate such a simple request. This incident has been both disappointing and insulting, and it's disheartening to feel unwelcome over a minor preference in tea preparation. I hope this matter can be addressed by managers or corporate to ensure a more positive and inclusive customer experience in the future."

"My wife and I stop by this coffee shop for a quick drink before headed home and belive me, we are not disappoint! Happy coincidence! What a great experience! The staff was the best! Always caring and wailing to answer any question we may have!! My wife order a moka and myself a renewal blend pour over!! Just the fact to make it in front of you is a joy!! Very tasteful coffee!! We surely come back and be regulars!! The prices are most like the green siren coffee house!!"
