"Their appointment department or receptionist seems to not exist. I almost never get through to speak to somebody is very rare Every time I call I get put on hold for at least 10 minutes then I get transferred And then get disconnected The doctors are great they just need a better system and people to answer the phones I understand they can be busy however the policy they have in place Is ridiculous. Ever since my Dr left it has been difficult to get through to make an appointment. I have had blood work done numerous times and never been charged, I was assigned a student Dr and all of the sudden i get a bill for $400 for the same blood work. I went back to office to fix this but the resident dr is no longer there. The office manager said he would take care of this but 3 months later he still has not."

"Worst place to try to make an appointment. First of all, they never answer their phone. When I finally did get through I got an appt for month out. They call me the day before rescheduling my appt. The next appt is on a Monday, I missed a call from them the Friday before and I called him back 20 minutes later and leave a message cuz again no one answers. Show up on Monday and they're saying they're not accepting new patients and supposedly they left me a voicemail but they really didn't. This place is a joke."

"This office is not good at communicating with patients. I had an appointment scheduled and they changed it to a telehealth appointment the DAY OFF. Even my doctor said based on what I was experiencing, I should have been scheduled to come in. After my telehealth appointment I was supposed to be called back to schedule lab work. No call so I had to call myself 3 days later. They also never, and I mean NEVER, answer the phone. I don't understand how you can let a phone ring for so long and not answer it."

"Do not go here! It takes forever to speak to a representative and when you finally manage to speak to someone they put you on hold. When it is finally time for your appointment the doctor can only check on you for one thing and then you have to schedule a follow up appointment. When you go to schedule another appointment they only have availability for the next month and nothing sooner than that. When it comes to prescriptions or medications that requires a doctor signature they take weeks to sign. Due to this my dad has been without a wheelchair which he needs because he is disabled. If I could give this review 0 stars i most definitely would. Id say save your time and go to another clinic."
