"5 stars specifically for Julia Rodriguez! Long story short. I moved out of state and when I called to change my policy I just kept getting sent back to the previous number with everyone saying that they couldn’t do what I needed over the phone just back and forth for about 3 days, the last person said I had to go to the closest location in the new state. I did and they also couldn’t because I wasn’t insured in the state. The woman at the local location gave me one of the same numbers I had been contacting so I thought I’d call one last time before emailing my request and doing that whole process but thankfully Julia answered and in literally 3 minutes she did what I needed in the kindest and most professional way possible. She is knowledgeable and has a voice that should be on radio."
